AnyTitle Deleter v1.0 by toma
Unofficial mod by Red Squirrel

What's it?
This application is a mod of official AnyTitle Deleter by toma: now the real name (and not only the title ID as in the original version!) of (almost) any title will appear near it in the menu!
In this way you can understand simply and immediately what you're removing!

Note: Titles' names derive from an internal database created from these sources:
-http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/index.php/Virtual_Console_Installation_Sizes
Even if the database is very large (about 500+ titles names!), surely there aren't all existing titles names in it (ex. the "injected" channels)! But don't worry: when program will not find the correct corrispondence between title ID and its name in database, it will print a simple "unknown" near the title ID (no error or code dump!)

So, essentianly, I "only" (we talk of about 650 code lines

) edited its source code to add an internal database of titles' names.
Then I also edited main program to adapt it to interact with the new database. That's all I done.
All original AnyTitle Deleter functions work yet.

How to install?
Copy in your SD and run it using Homebrew Channel or Twilight Hack.

Credits
toma for this wonderfull application (AnyTitle Deleter).
All websites and users that keep updated their title ID databases.
My girlfriend for her patience.

Reading the title db from sd card would be nice enough for me. (with an hardcoded list integrated into the .dol as backup, if it's executed as channel). An option to load IOS249 instead of IOS36 would be nice, if you are at 3.4 you would be able to delete stuff with this.

Geez this is great, it even saw some folders on my NAND that didn't even have data inside, and delete some error I had, this tool is great, and the database it is kind of old, it lacks of several titles, but thanks to Red Squirrel for come up with the idea of the database.txt on the root of the SD, yeah....!!!

reducing entries to 33 characters not including ID should stop them from appearing misaligned
for example

rename
RBU-Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles
to
RBU-Res Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles

you could probably go a few more but that solved my issues

where it displayed like this:

32032064117745 RF7-Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes 40124545450144 RBU-Resident Evil: The
Umbrella Chronicles

I also had that error too, but I deleted that entry, and that fixed my problem, and I actually had some folder of saves that I deleted thru the Wii Settings, save your saves, delete them from there and then put them back in your Wii, that should work...!!!

QUOTE(Don Killah @ Feb 5 2009, 12:40 PM) that's a nice mod, now people can't brick their wii because of critical files beeing removed.

You can delete critical files with it anyway, so it is not the modification's fault, it is YOUR FAULT TO DELETE THINGS IN YOUR WII, got it..??

I know now why does that error Wiisel:

32032064117745 RF7-Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes 40124545450144 RBU-Resident Evil: The
Umbrella Chronicles

go to your database.txt and edit the entry to Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom: Cross Generation, just that, delete the "of Heroes" and clse/save the database.txt, voilà...!!!
