Did anyone else here pick up Poison Control for Switch? I kinda bought it without knowing much going into it, other than knowing it was a third person shooter, the box art was cute, and it seemed like the sort of "B-tier Japanese studio game" that I've loved so much in the past - your No More Heroes, your Deadly Premonitions, etc.
I wouldn't quite put it on that tier, but it's been a ton of fun! It's got a lot more puzzle elements than I would've expected - much of the game almost plays like Qix in reverse, where you use the tiny soul inhabiting your body (long story) to trace lines around poisonous mire to dissolve it, in order to travel further into levels. There's also some visual novel aspects I wasn't expecting (but it's only been surface-level pervy...so far) and a LOT darker plot than the art style led me to believe, but I've been enjoying myself so far!
Anyone else buy it?
