IMO the IGN review of 3.9 is terribly, terribly biased. Heck, even reading it sounds biased, the reviewer just hates Nipon Ichi games. It'd be like me reviewing a First Person Shooter.
Yea, it's a pretty perverted game, but it's fun.

Looks entertaining to me. I'd get it, but can't really justify buying it at this point in time.

Well, now the framerate seems really terrible, even on 720p.

By terrible, I mean 15 FPS. Not joking. On the fields where you walk around it does that a lot of the time. Such a shame, as the story of the game is the first game I've ever played that genuinely made me laugh.

There is your problem right there and you wonder why ign gave it such a low score, also whats so "fun" about getting off to underaged girls? Doesn't look fun to me at all...
