Hardware Anyone do full-on shell swaps?

I ordered some replacement casing off of eBay.

So then, is there any hardmodders or otherwise that do full shell swaps? I mean, all five parts to the casing (inside bottom, inside top, outer top, outer bottom, and the battery cover)

How much should I expect to pay or wait? Thanks.
