GCN Any Gamecube Homebrew for Memory Card operations?

Yeah, since it's kinda hard to find GameCube homebrew anywhere (Google only results in thousands of "omg wii runs gc homebrew awesome" pages, and the page I found in the other topic doesn't seem to have much), I'm just asking here:

Is there some Gamecube homebrew that allows me to do basic Memory Card operations? Like, copying and moving files, maybe copying files to a SD-card? Oh, and before someone asks why I'd need a homebrew to copy/move files: Some files (like F-Zero GX) are copy- AND move-protected.
 
I seem to recall part of GClinux had the options although I could be mistaken. Bear in mind this is memory card adaptor stuff only not the Wii SD slot.
