Hacking Another Pokemon Diamond Problem

Ok, when I try to go into the World Trade Center in Jubelife City and entering the door after saving the game, my screen turns black and the music makes a frozen humming sound (sorry. I can't describe it well enough). This problem occurs when I have my softreset turned on and off. Also this is on the latest M3 firmware. Please, oh please help me with my problem and thanks in advance.

EDIT: I am using M3 Real and also what is a clean dump rom?

Please be sure that it's a clean dump.

m3 what??? there is many different slot 1 versions as well as slot 2 versions and what version of kernel/loader?

M3 DS Real, the newer slot 1. It should work if you have a clean dump. I've always gotten a good dump using Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool WIFI.
