The game was officially announced at E3 2008. It has been confirmed that you will also be able to use a city as well as a village.

So there will be a city and a village? If this is true, that's awesome!

Thats pretty much the point of it. Its so the kiddies wont start cussing. The parents can hear what they and their kid's friends are saying.

Your getting too hyped about the city. The city is essentially just a small area with most of the shops we've seen in past games there. Only a couple of shops are new. Plus you cant even meet any of your online friends there or anything.
