Android Android 2.1 Push Email help

Hey guys.. sorry for making a third thread about phones

After all.. i coudnt get the phone I wanted to get and instead got a Chinese Android 2.1 cheap phone.
But I dont know how to set up push email on it. Googlemail, hotmail or anything will do.
