There is no DODO CODE Cheat. (Dodo Code is just a password to enter an island it doesn't affect the island content)
Just an Island with a lot of item on floor. (proof; minimap is disabled on Mystery Island, and no building)
Maybe the island's owner spawn them with cheat, but island is legit.

Ex: this island is "cheated" and not available genuinely in game

It's not a mystery island, it's online/local play, you can see player two, or another person during the video clip, the items are put down via tthe save editor i'm sure. if not dropped manually, there's no way to get to this siland, as it's just a island you lvie on, that's why you can see the map, You cannot see the map on a mysterious island tour.
