Does this happen after your mii's eat or trying to rewatch a cutscene? Because if it's so then it's a known issue with Miitopia.

Sorry for late reply, I was on a trip. It appears after you pick other players characters that shows a certain mood, the part which gives you tickets. Then the crash appears which needs you to reboot the 3ds.

First time I hear about something like that. Are you able to replicate the crash every single time? Maybe you can try repairing the game from the eshop?
