ROM Hack An error has accurred

Hello guys iam very new here so please help me out.
I have a nintendo 3DSXL old, and R5sdhc on it last week i played Pokemon Omega Ruby with no problem and completed the game. And now i wanted to try Pokemon X or Y i tried to to insert the games inside the SD card on the cartridge like i did with Omega Ruby and started just fine until this F****** message showed up "The saved game data is currupted. Refer to the electronic manual for details" i dont get it i have not played pokemon Y on this 3ds with this cartridge only back in days with Gateway 3DS but i updated it to 11.6.0-39E. And now i am using R5SDHC back to the problem so when i get this message "The saved game data is currupted. Refer to the electronic manual for details" then i tried to delete the save data file by Pressing and hold Up pad + X + B and Yes and Yes the i get this message who kills me soon if dont get any help

Game: Pokemon Y rom file EU region
Cartridge : R5SDHC
Nintendo 3DSXL 11.6.0-39E

firstly, what the hell is an "R5SDHC", and secondly, you should use CFW so you can just install games from freeshop and avoid this issue entirely, just follow this guide: https://3ds.guide
