Hacking Ambassador games question

I had some ambassador games before I set up my emunand. If I want to play them now I need to find the cias and install them. My questions are:

1) My ambassador titles are us based. Do I need us based cias or can any region do?

2) When I set up emunand I copied sysnand to emunand. Im assuming I need to install the ambassador cias to sysnand correct?

3) How will saving work on the ambassador games? Thanks

Yes you need US CIAs. If your emunand and sysnand are linked you only need to install them to one. If they aren't you need to install them to both to play them in emunand. Saving works the same as with any other cia.
