Gaming All games corrupted?

I've been using Gateway 3DS for 6 months now and i've been playing a lot of games. Last week i was gonna try NINJHAX, and then i had to change launcher to 2.7 and downgrade. I don't know if that caused this problem, but i noticed it shortly after.

Today when i was gonna try to play SSB4 it said that the game was corrupted. I was really confused and tried to remove the Secure Value from the game, but it still said the game was corrupted. I tried with some other games, but every game said it was corrupted exept Animal Crossing and Tomodachi Life.

Why did this happen and what can i do?

Edit: Noticed i wrote the title a little wrong, so sorry. The problem still isn't solved

Animal Crossing and Tomodachi Life is a card2 game which saves in the cart/rom. Your microSD has fragmented errors cause by add new roms and deleting roms. Use this tool to fix it: https://gbatemp.net/threads/gateway-3ds-microsd-tool.369165/

Also I think its best to update your Launcher.dat to the latested version.
