You may need to redo the hack. It's not difficult to do if you have a PC and a little spare time.
Check out vita.hacks.guide

remove SD card and insert again
good luck bro ^^
This is likely your issue. Sometimes those sd2vita don't make total contact, so you'll get either freezing on the enso logo or no video in the case of a pstv or it will not see the card and rebuild the database.

Happened to me few minutes ago. rebuilt database from safe mode, no luck.
Then I tried method you said, turned vita off, took out and re-inserted both sd2vita and official memory card, turned it on again, it updated database without my input, and everything is back like before. thank you.

use version 3.65. Sometimes you need run henkaku again but 3.65 has not this issue.

This just happened to me after restarting my vita. I had removed the SD card, put it back in and restarted. None of my apps showed up except for Vitashell and Molecular shell and system apps. I turned off Vita, took out SD card, reinserted FIRMLY. Upon power on I saw molecular shell logo, then I got a window popup saying "restoring database..." with a loading bar. I waited about 1 minute and then my Vita showed all the apps back where they were before.
