My n3ds doesn't work with the homebrew launcher, nor any exploits, as trying to run it will cause my 3ds to hang with a red screen down at the bottom. My 3ds Is cfw and its luma+arm9loaderhax. And I checked the payloads redownload etc and It still doesn't work... any ideas on a fix? (and I do not have emu nand. I only have system nand.)

Install the homebrew as cia's?

there is a homebrew launcher 1.2 that is that. BUT that doesn't work. my copy of oot doesn't work. sound hax doesn't work. NONE of the entry points work, as they all hang on red. oot is a physical copy. smash hax doesn't work (I have the actually game, before someone says the demo was patched, and oot is a hardcopy)

Try deleting the old payloads and download the latest payloads though the homebrew launcher over the internet/network on the 3ds.
I figured it out. I had to modfi luma and the payloads. for what ever reason luma wasn't allowing it correctly. (either that or me going as to format my system in attempts to fix this) but I did all those things you guys are suggesting now before I even made this post. redownload hb payloads. check. update luma check. make sure that it wasn't microsd card connection check as I tried it with multiple different microsds.

Well if the OP isn't describing accurately nor making sense, how is anyone meant to help? User error at its finest

Na, reads to me that they installed hbl.cia and instead of just launching the app tried to get to hbl via *hax
