Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp Utility Mods

Heres some ulitility mods that took me all day to make. Hopefully this can be useful to people here

Includes:
- Universal unlocker: Unlocks everything, from COs to everything in the gallery, among others.
- Allow all players to be AI: Makes it to where that all COs in the versus matches can be AI. Normally it forces at least 1 player, but this removes that
- Make Any Custom Map OK: Makes it to where any custom map can be played. Ex: Playable without any HQs.

First attachment is for ryujinx, second is for yuzu.

Does it work just fine on Yuzu? Opened a fresh rom but don't know if I need to do anything in specific to work, got it in the right folder and it recognizes it but nothing happens
