I'm interested in buying a Series S on OS 4478, has GS and ADV but account removed. I ask, how would I sign in without internet and would my account be able to utilize apps since the apps were installed with another?

I'm leaving the accounts on these xbox's but i don't think it needs it as any profile can launch gamescript because they was set to home xbox when it was downloaded.

Don’t think it’s possible as there are decryption keys need downloading from the server.
But as the other comment said, you probably don’t need it if those components are already installed with home Xbox enabled, those keys will be stored locally with no expiration date.
