ROM Hack Action Replay for old games?

Hi there, folks. As said in the title, I would like to know if there is any Action Replay-like program for DS games to be used through Homebrew. For example, Final Fantasy IV DS, Pokemon Heart Gold or Yugioh World Championship 2008. Do those exist? Can they be "easily" made (To request them)? Or I better give up?

Good question, but I think the title should have been "Action Replay DS Homebrew?" or something like that.

True, but what I am asking is a Homebrew for the 3DS that uses Acton Replay codes for DS games. Therefore, I think I am in the right place.
