Hacking Misc Acekard Skin/Theme Request

Hi!! I would like to kindly request a theme for my R4, the reason I am requesting is because I don't have a PC to make one. I already have both images for the background, and I would like to skip the calendar and the time clock if possible. Also, I don't know how it's called but when selecting a game a transparent shadow appears, can that be transparent red? Thank you so much in advance!!
