Hacking Acekard Freezing

I've had my card for a few months and now it's starting to freeze in some games. Is it time to get a new one?

This could be due to contact issues.
However, you may also try copying everything to your PC and re-formatting the microSD

.

Are you on the latest AKAIO?

Same here ....but mine is brand new... ...cleaning the contacts and using the paper tricks had no results (the microSD is a good one, and is as new as the flashcard).

I'm gonna format it and update the akaio (I'm using 1.8.6a). But it's really strange :\ ...my older Acekard never had problems like this...

Edit:
The SDcard was really corrupted... ...I replaced every file, and it looks to be working fine now... ....Before, my games froze after some time of game play; I'll test them tomorrow to see if the problem is gone. ...If anything bad happens, I'll post here.
