ROM Hack AC:NL A way to undo hacks?

Hey All,
So I decided to get a bit into hacking with animal crossing New leaf and ended up "unlock[ING] all pwps".
Obviously I'm stupid because I didn't think it would unlock all of them despite the name.
Basically, I only wanted things like bridges and other unlockables to be unlocked, and not the cafe and all other condition specifically unlocked public works projects.

TLDR, I want to know if there is a way to relock certain public works projects so that the actual NPCs (Katrina, blathers, Isabelle, etc.) give them to me instead and I feel a sense of progression. It's dumb but just a genuine question.

Do you have a savefile from before you used this? Its what you will need. Or to simply start over without using that hack again with the new save file.

That would be. But that site dont have a way to undo pwp full unlock. But it will be able to start OP off again. Just, no house resizing that I see from there yet.
