Hacking About region change with the same SecureInfo_A

Say I have two SecureInfo_A files from two different regions

1. If I inject the same file into two machines (different movable.sed) and play online, would there be any issue? Like being caught?
2. Can SecureInfo_A be edited now and pass the sig check on any CFW?
3. If I just want to change the system language (not eshop region), is there some other way to achieve this without messing with SecureInfo_A?

not not all cfw patch that check, gw doesn't (or didn't)

i don't think you will get caught.
and for some langauges they are stored in the fw, like i don't think the usa firmware contains german.
so i don't think you will be able to use german language, without installing the eur firmware, so simply changing your secure info file is not enough.
