I don't know what you did, but it sounds like you don't have B9S nor A9LH installed. What version is your sysNAND on?
Because .bin and .firm payloads won't launch, I don't believe you have A9LH nor B9S installed. It's possible you were using a different entrypoint, like menuhax (which you apparently deleted from your SD card). Follow this guide to install B9S: https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax)
