Well, I dont know what he is saying, if he is saying that is how the 3DS is gonna be like or what, but the game itself isnt fake. That particular game is a DSi Ware, playing on a DSi XL. Its only been released in japan, as Rittai Kakushi E Attakodreda, if you would like to check it up on youtube.
