Hacking a theory about free online

this who didn't update to 6.0 and beyond me be able to play online for free. If you have anything below this firmware and you try to go online, it will say you need to update. However, a supernag remover could correct this. Correct me if I'm wrong but surely nintendo can't find a way around this.

Don't wanna be a dick, but Nintendo actually checks your Nintendo Network ID if it's allowed to have access to their servers.

Closing this because speculation topics rarely if ever produce anything of value. Nintendo can check if you've paid for online services and would be stupid to grant access to anyone who hasn't done so if they want it to remain a paid service.
