A quick question, icons for individual files

I just had an interesting idea and was wondering if it was possible. Is there any way to assign specific icons to individual files? Not file types, but the files themselves so that I could put cover art on my individual roms

The only idea that I could come up with is to create shortcuts.
You can assign any image icon to a shortcut via right clicking and selecting properties. On the shortcut tab, just click on change icon.

Yup this. If you really want to have some more icons, maybe you can get a ROM manager or so, I'm sure there is something out there to do this.

I used to place all my roms in seperate folders and then place an icon on each of the folders, that's how far you can go in regular Windows.
