A problem with USB Loader Gx

I recently installed USB Loader GX and while installing a game to my USB drive (MarioKart Wii), it got stuck at 100%. Is there anything I can do? My drive is an ONN. USB drive with 32gb of storage. My Wii is the RVL-101 model (Family Edition). My cIOS slots are 249 and 250. Please make it as simple as possible because I’m a beginner in the modding field.

Recommend ==> fat32 external hard drive and it should work.

very, very often the USB keys give screens or never start.
