Hacking A little confused with O3DS

I have an O3DSXL and want to install the exploit using 3.2.1 of course I have my GW completely setup already but want to install the NVRAM to sysNAND. Can anyone give me a step by step guide on which file to actually install. Also which dev menu would you install to sysNAND too? thanks
