Hacking A little confused with O3DS

I have an O3DSXL and want to install the exploit using 3.2.1 of course I have my GW completely setup already but want to install the NVRAM to sysNAND. Can anyone give me a step by step guide on which file to actually install. Also which dev menu would you install to sysNAND too? thanks

Did you even read gateways instructions? They are not the best but it clearly says New 3Ds.

I read a few times, but didn't quite understand which is why I asked the question. Better safe then sorry right.
