PS4 is not hacked. There is only a kernel exploit on 1.76 firmware, which is basically useless to the current average user.

Aside from the fact it was fake, it was also a very very poor attempt at a hoax. If you understand a little about linux you'll see why after reading this technical writeup on the hoax:
