Hacking 661.PBP TN-V

I've been told that you could use the PS store on TN-V before when the latest PSP firmware was 660, but not anymore. Does anyone know how to use it now? 661. PBP file to install? I've also been told to not update TN-V in the XMB since it will mess it up. Can I even use the PS store now? Can someone tell me how please. I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Why would you even need to use the PSN store when you have the equivalent of a hacked psp?

Afaik, the PSP hasn't been able to access the PSN store for over a year now.
