I think you are wrong man. They are working on it to make it more user friendly.
You can still use homebrews if you downgrade your system or if you create Emunand with sx os and then downgrade it.

and us without sx os?? sol, also the downgrade is a fake, i tried to with all the tools they said and every which way possible with all my keys it doesnt work.. prove me wrong.. btw on the side note: whats with the biskeysdump.bin v7?.. it didnt do nothing for me.. matter of fact it actually gave me less keys not more like it supposed too???>.. unless im totally missing the most simple thing, but i followed exactly as they said to do using it...

If you don't have sx os then you have to try with the downgrade. It has to work, so you are probably doing something wrong.

bro.. i tried not only everything they said exactly to the T**.. , but then some extra still didnt work i gave them the errors, but no one was wanting to help with me on them on nearly every thread for downgrading... , here: i show you the errors that i got trying to downgrade using ChoiDujour.exe and the other ones as well...

I'm not on 6.2 but I've seen plenty of people say they've successfully downgrade from 6.2. You think they're all lying just because you can't?

I'm afraid I can't help you. I've never downgraded my Switch. By the way it's one of the temporary solutions given by modders.

yeah downgraded maybe, if they had a prior rawnandbackup.bin file possibly , but as this guide: *https://guide.sdsetup.com/#/manual620downgrade* clearly states that it's mainly for people that DIDN'T* have a working/or no nand backup at all-(WHICH WAS ME), it didnt work as i show in the pics its fails , did u not look at them?.. so unless you're gonna help rectify the problem what's causing them errors as i showed in pics and causing the downgrade to fail, otherwise please don't fill this thread with non-sense, thanks, as this is what causes clutter..

Oh wow, if 6.2 CFW hasn't released, so I'm considering to install game update and DLC via tinfoil, so I have no way to buy DLC without need link Switch first.

I'm on 3.0.2 and I can't proceed until CFW is supported on 6.2.

>Are there upper and lower case characters?

Need these to compose a key generation algorithm before hashing and compare the two. If i could get more info it could work, otherwise im randomly generating strings and hashing them without a process which could take forever and yield no result.

16 hexadecimal bytes, so 32 characters, case is irrelevant to the numbers so for hashing purposes assume it to be the same as used for the given hashes. You won't get it bruteforced before quantum computers go mainstream, have fun.

I assume the sha1 is from the binary key, not a hex representation of it.

But you're right, brute forcing is pointless.
