well the gfx card for you what your paying isnt worth it
its has 2GB of memory which is pointless unless your running it off a 40" screen but the actual card wouldnt probably be even to keep up at those res's during games anyway
a 4830 is pretty much equal to a 9800GT for a lot less then that 9500GT

the ram is also a bit excessive for the rest of the computer

consider that instead or a 2x 1GB for dual channel

power supply needs to go also but you are probably gonna end up paying more for a better one
currently looking right now...

now that motherboard isnt needed since you are only getting a dual core celeron
a lower end board would be a lot better for the build
but also now that I see the CPU it looks like it will bottle neck the GPU...

as far as shipping fees, newegg isnt going to waive the fees
they ship from the US to CN

there are 2 things limiting RAM:
1. mainboard (hardwarewise)
2. OS (32 bit/64 bit)

can this mainboard really handle 8 GB of RAM?

this thing with those PSU's if that its they are a bad brand for buying PSU's
bascially probably 3 days from when you get it the PSU will fry it self and may take every other part in the computer with it

trusted power supplies
PC Power & Cooling
Corsair

those are the companies that are most pretty much most reliable and popular

this PSU would do very good

Would this one work?

Thanks.
that PSU is custom fit for dell cases
dell uses proprietary cases, motherboards, case fans, PSU's

Hmm... It looks like it might be 64-Bit after all. So if it is, this is what its going to look like.

QUOTEDell Inspiron 518, E2200 (2.2GHZ)
16X DVD+/-RW DRIVE
4GB DDR2 SDRAM AT 800MHZ
320GB SERIAL ATA II,7200 RPM,DIM,M
Dell USB Keyboard and mouse
Vista SP1 HOME PREM 64-Bit
ASUS EAH4830/HTDP/512MD3 Radeon HD 4830 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card
PC Power & Cooling Silencer Dell Upgrade PPCS500D 500W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Retail
DELL E198WFP Widescreen LCD, 19"
WARRANTY ENDS 10/7/2009

And it comes to about $800 (with tax and shipping) or less. What do you think about it?

Also, is anyone sure I can fit a ASUS Radeon HD 4830 in a Intel G33?

any gfx card will fit as long as its PCI-e 16x
the problems come from the case not being able to fit the card in
