Homebrew 5.5.2 Homebrew?

I'm kinda a newbie at GBAtemp (considering i signed up this account about like a few hours a go) but, I've been doing alot of the "In early development home brews for 5.5.2". Do any of you know a legitimate way of getting homebrew on 5.5.2?

There's Stupiidhax/Sleepiihax: http://stupiid.ovh or http://sleepii.ovh
However this will download Haxchi so from there you can get a permanent entry point.

Edit: http://u.drg.li isn't very reliable and has low success rate. And you'll have to deal with that every time you want to open HBL.
