Have a question. I have a limited understanding of CIAs. Can I safely install a spoofed CIA on the most recent firmware version of the 3ds safely? And can I safely go online with it? Is there a real difference between a regular CIA and a spoofed one that I should make not of besides the spoofed being able to run on older firmware versions? Thanks.
