Hardware 3rd Party headsets

Does anyone know if i can use a usb headset for in game chat ?

Seems theres contradictiong info : the COD website suggests that you can use the gamepad inbuilt mic , but an IGN site says ninty says you cant.

You can apparently use USB sets on the pro controller but the gamepad dont have USB ports .

You can also apparently use an inline set thought the headphone port of the Gamepad.

I have no suggestion of a wireless method .

Anyone else have any info / news ?

you cant use the built in mic
but you can use a pair of iphone earbuds as mic

Any iphone headphones with an inline mic work. I bought one at Kogan for $2 Australian.
