Hardware 3DS XL 4.5 with dead pixels

I have a 3DS XL with dead pixels.

My 3DS is on 4.5 firmware and has an hardware NAND mod. So I can't send it back to nintendo.

Anyway to fix a dead pixel? Is it hard to replace an LCD screen?
