Homebrew 3DS Unbanning question

Hi, I was affected by ban wave for Pokemon Sun and moon and I've since been banned. I updated the 3ds to 11.8 but realized that in order to get cfw on it I have to download a game and access the friends list which I am not able to do since I'm banned and get the error code 022-2812. I bought another 3ds and got cfw on that but im wondering if there's any way I can get my other one unbanned if I don't have cfw on it?

i think there were some who got the game early who still went online when told not to, got hit.

no lmao. I used to have cfw and I played the game early. I updated to ofw yesterday.

I was never trying to hide it lol. I literally mentioned why I got banned. And no I was trying to play ds games on my 3ds but it wouldn't work unless I updated and got cfw again so I did that before realizing it won't work if im banned. So now it doesn't really matter since I got another 3ds but why not try to unban the old one if I can.
