Gaming 3DS to 3DSXL game transfer question (all or nothing?)

Hey,

I'm thinking about updating to a 3DSXL and selling my old 3DS. I just wanted to know though, when I do a system transfer to the new XL, do I need to send all my downloaded games to the XL or can I leave some behind on the 3DS?
There are a few games I have on the 3DS I no longer want (VC and indie downloads), and those could increase the resale value if they are left on there. When I do a system transfer, can I select what games I want to move over, or will it just automatically take them all, leaving the old 3DS blank?
