If you haven't yet, you will need to format that SD card to FAT32 first using this tool and I believe the default settings should work or you might need to set it to 32KB allocation. I've also just formatted microSD card with fat32 and then before copying anything onto them, I only copied GM9 and used that to properly format the microSD card.
