Homebrew 3ds rebooting when closing sd app/game

So, i have luma 9.0 and since the first install the 3ds always keep rebooting when i close an sd app or game, is really frustrating and i can't use something like ntr cfw because the function turn off, my cfw is installed on sysnad, could anyone help me? if needed i'll post a video of what's happening

have you tried using a different sd card?

Well, the one i'm using was a brand new kingston so i don't think is it, if i get another one i'll try it, any other suggestions?
