Homebrew 3DS not connecting

Hey guys, I hope I’m posting this in the right place, but I’m having an issue with my 3ds. No matter what WiFi, it just wont connect to any computer. I’m trying to use NitroStream, as well as I’ve tried MicroSD management, but neither have worked. Any tips?

Is your computer and 3DS using the same WiFi? Also try a mobile phone hotspot.

Yes they are, and that’s one of the things I tried. No luck. I have a nonhacked 2ds XL that I believe can connect to my computer.
