Hacking 3DS Loading screen frozen problem

well I got some problem with this game.
jp version One Piece - Super Grand Battle X.

the game runs no issue w/o the v1.5 update patch download from eshop (N3DSLL), but after the patch installed, game froze every time I try to open it.
I tried to use both fmp and ntr cfw...none of them works.

btw, I'm using cold boot rxtool or ds profile entrance cakefw---99 with emu 9.5

Using gateway with latest version will fix it.
