OHello everyone, I came here because I'm desperate and out of options with a huge problem I had with my old 2ds that I recently unlocked.
TThe question is as follows: a couple of days ago I unlocked my old 2DS using a simple method on my cell phone. I was super excited because it was always my dream to do this and I spent those days downloading games and seeing what I could do with it unlocked, so earlier I saw a video talking about apps you should have on your console one of them was the hshop from which I downloaded and went to install the .Cia of a virtual console game of gbc but in short it gave an error and my sd card got corrupted, I tried to save but it didn't work so I decided to open the godmode9 and look for where the FBI files were so I could create a .Cia and install it (since no games or apps were appearing on the home page other than Twilight), in this game I ended up creating the .Cia from some other file and when I saw that it didn't install I just deleted the .Cia and tried to go back to the home page, already giving up on the idea and thinking about downloading everything again on the cell phone. Until I realized that at the top of the console on the top screen where the date, time and battery of the console were supposed to appear, they no longer showed this information, The apps no longer opened, Twilight console miimaker settings absolutely nothing, and when I clicked to turn off the console it froze on a dark screen but not turned off, in this state I can't even format the console since the settings won't open and nothing works besides Luma and Godmode9.
I tried to follow a tutorial I saw on YouTube where I used a script to format the console using Godmode9, which actually happened, but it wasn't a complete format leaving the console as factory default as new, it is still unlocked because I can access Luma and godmode9 but the problem still persists when I finish doing the user configuration after this formatting the console stays loading infinitely for the home.
At this exact moment it discharged, I put it to charge and well... It apparently turns on but the screen is not showing anything, only the sound is playing and nothing else. I I genuinely don't know if my console can be saved, but I wanted to know if it's possible to format it completely. I don't care about losing the unlock, I just want a way to make it reset to zero. I don't mind unlocking everything again and such but losing the console itself is the biggest problem for over 7 years that I've dreamed of having it and being able to play its games, this happened two days after unlocking it is really making me desperate and deeply sad. If anyone knows how to help me, if I will need to open the console or whatever please talk to me
