ROM Hack 3DS help needed

My daughter has a 3DS, its on 11.8.0-41E. In the past I have been able to use Freeshop to install games. However, now, when she uses Free Shop, it crashes when the game list is downloading. Not sure how t fix it. Here is a screenshot of the SD card set up. What do I need to remove, update to fix the crashing issue? Thanks in advance guys, any help with this will be very much appreciated.

Sorry but Freeshop is dead ever since Nintendo changed the servers so it's not possible to download from them anymore.

Think this has been posted on the wrong forum/ section. Its been a while since my daughter used her 3ds. Whats the latest upate and whats my best course of action? Thanks in advance
