Homebrew 3ds crash when open data management , save data backup

it happen after i force shut down my 3ds when it try to install cia using cia angel
i force shut down it because i remember my sd card full
and now crash when open data management, save data backup,my 3ds also crash when open Title in fbi.
help me pls.

Do you recall what game it was you tried to download? Did you try deleting it with FBI?

Im downloading treasure tracker 3d.
I force shut down it because when i try to close ciaangel it stuck.

1. Copy everything off your SD card to your computer.
2. Reformat the SD card blank in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size. Use guiformat for a card larger than 32 GB.
   
3. Run a Full Write + Verify Test with H2testw to ensure your card is free of physical defects and possible damage from the improper shut off.
4. Once you've inspected card, copy everything back onto the card except the folder containing Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker (USA) found at: Nintendo 3DS/<ID0>/<ID1>/title/00040000/001CB100
5. Reinsert your SD card and launch your 3DS. Go to FBI > Titles > 00040000001CB100 and select Delete Title And Ticket.

When you have enough space, you can try downloading it again.

I'm having the same issue. Except it happens as soon as my 3ds boots to the home menu. I have been getting this error code since I closed out of Streetpass Mii Plaza by shutting my 3ds off because it seemed to be in a loading loop, if that makes sense. Idk how to fix it, and this is the only 3DS I have
