ROM Hack 3DS cheat codes in the homebrew?

Above firmware 9.2 no. Smea has said he might add cheats in the future. Currently though you need CFW to use them.

I'm not exactly sure what powersaves can do, but there tons save editors you just have to try and find one that exists for the game you want to edit.

My Pokemon Shuffle data was corrupted when I installed CFW yesterday (using the 3ds.hacks guide).

Because I had to start the game all over, I'm also wondering what cheats I can use and how to use them (to get all my stuff back pronto).

there is a save editor, called PSSE which you can use. the creator of it was supercarotte on github.
