Hacking 3DS Blank Icon after

Hello, I have followed the guide from https://3ds.hacks.guide/ to install a B9 into my Old 3ds.
However, after I launched the FBI.3dsx via "Download Play" application for install cia files, there are some blank icons were suddenly appeared on the home screen. Please check the attached picture for better understanding.
Anyone can teach me how to delete those icons? Thank you very much for your assistance. My console firmware is 11.8.0-33T (Taiwai version). Thank you.

1. Copy everything off your SD card onto computer.
2. Reformat the card in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size. Use guiformat if your card is bigger than 32 GB.
3. Run a Full Write + Verify Test with H2testw.
   
4. If it passes the test, delete the *.h2w files and put your stuff back on.
5. 清除 Home 選單外存 (Clear Home Menu extdata)
6. Cache clear everything with Cthulhu if the HOME Menu icons stay blank.
7. See if those titles can be launched. Reinstall and cache clear if necessary.

Thank you for your help，but it does not work. Finally my problem has been solved after changing my console region from tw to us by ctrtransfer.

There's a way to region change it back to TWN using sysUpdater. Look for the 3DS TWN o3DS Firmwares packages found at that darth site.

The 11.8.0-41T (although it's mistakenly labelled as 11.8.0-41K when I last checked it) package will have an MD5 hash of e7f02a46f9e490bcae605b4d6b33f021. You'll need to google search this as we can't link it here.

Here's a rehashed tutorial in using SysUpdater to region change.

Edit - I'm not familiar if a TWN CTRTransfer image is available.

Is there a new solution for this problem? I have tried "Clear Home Menu extdata", or using Cthulhu, both of them don't work.

My O3DS is SysNAND 11.16.0-40T with Luma3DS 12.0.1.
