The pictures are in JulieWatai-3DS -> DCIM -> 101_FUJI. (29 in total).
They are all in mpo format (in 3D) so if you want to view them on your pc, just change the extension to "jpeg" or something (I'm pretty sure changing them back to mpo will make them lose their 3D effect).
