I have recently acquired a Fujifilm FinePix W3 Camera.

The camera produces MPO files, just like the 3DS (higher res, of course). The camera has a function for aligning images just like you can with the circle pad on the 3DS.

The process is a lot more fiddly on the camera, however, than in is on the 3DS. Also, when you align images for the camera's built in screen, they aren't in an optimum position for viewing on the 3DS screen.

The problem is, files created with the camera cannot be adjusted on the 3DS using the circle pad. Does anybody know why this is? And if so, how to fix it so I can adjust images on the 3DS? Thanks!

Technically they should be. Maybe Nintendo implemented some kind of limitation. Maybe the thought that MPO files provided by the user would be correctly aligned previously.
