Hacking 2nd newest update

What is the update for ntsc right before the 3.3u one that was still safe. I have the pal version of boom blox and i need to update to play it. Althought i don't want to go to 3.3 so i can't just download it from the internet.
Also are there any games that have this update on it. Thanks!

install the homebrew channel if you haven't already and just update to the latest firmware.

Shouldn't a game requiring an update to play have the update on the disc? Otherwise, what if you bought the game and didn't have internet access to update? Then you'd be screwed and have to buy another game to update(which I don't think they tell you if they have an update on the box).

Never really dealt with updates from discs so someone correct me if I'm not making any sense.

If you want to be sure just turn off your internet settings on your wii then run the update on Boom Blox. The on disc update is 3.2u or < and most certainly not 3.3u.

If it's a backup, it's probably scrubbed.

You could just edit the required IOS version on the disc.

Maybe you deleted channels like News, Forecast or something like that, and it shows the Update thing.

No i just want to update my ntsc wii to the 2nd latest update. I can't use boom blox cause it is pal and i don't feel like getting rid of dup channels.

Then get NTSC boom blox or Wii Fit
Wiifit should have the latest 3.2U

Or... grab Bushing's semi-brick fix disc for your region... this will update you to 3.2
